TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
APPLIES TO ALL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS CLIENTS OF SPITSHINESOLUTIONS LLC
📅 Appointment Scheduling

Members are responsible for scheduling their service dates each month.

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.

Missed appointments without notice will not be rescheduled or credited.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $25 fee.

No-shows will count as a completed service for that month.
💳 Payments & Billing

Memberships are billed automatically each month on your sign-up date.

Payments are processed securely via Clover, Jobber or Wix.

Failed or late payments will pause service until resolved.
🛑 Membership Cancellation Policy

Minimum commitment: 3 months.

After that, you may cancel any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Early cancellations may result in a final charge for one additional billing cycle.
🔁 Service Rollover Policy

Missed services do not roll over into future months unless canceled due to weather or technician rescheduling.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused services.
🚫 Client Responsibilities

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe location.

If conditions are unsafe, Spit Shine Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service.

Excessively soiled vehicles may be subject to additional fees.
